Ye, at least for me and my playstyle, I'm doing more shit early and I want my team to gather and push, take towers do rosh and end, so drums are good for my playstyle, but you can skip it if you want. But why would u want to skip it? it gives u more hp early, qe invoker is fucking slow af so +ms is always nice, higher mana pool.

idk i actually find travels pretty useful since i can immediately tp in and help somewhere with my two desolators when my teammates already want to throw and go into stupid fights so i can put more pressure on lanes without sacrificing a lot of time
i feel like that travels help me accomplish stuff much faster and easier. but it also might be just because i can't properly read from the map and i can't predict where's next fight gonna be, also my moving around map efficiently probably sucks and travels help me compensate that
everytime i buy blink early, i usually regret it since i spend time looking for kills or dying
i guess it doesn't fit my playstyle or i'm just terrible or whatever
