When was the Roster lock Deadline? I'm guessing they want the deadline to be a while before the major so teams can get used to working together with their new members. Also considering some of the roster drama in the past, they were probably being cautious and put the deadline a fair bit before the next major announcements just in case there was some huge team problems.

when is this going to be announced? Why does valve have a roster lock deadline if it's not even announced yet? Frankfurt qualifiers started a year ago from next week so we are right in that time frame of when it should be coming.
