RX480 wil be enough, possibly get the GTX1060 since from my own exp. nvidia GPU's work better with Dota.
CPU-wise get ready to get at least an unlocked i5 to 4.5.

What gpu should i get so i can get enough fps to get on 144 hz ? I play on lowest settings.Rx 480 enough ?
