i guess you have to wait. Steam summer sales just started ( i think) and the server have some problems. This is why i dont play dota at this moment :(

i had the same problem, but the item went in my invntory an hour later, check in game your items, you have to use the bundle to unlock it

Last year it was only purchaseable once on a single weekend as well so i guess it will be the same this year and won´t return.

So with the new weekend sale come up i decided to purchase 80 levels. But when i bought it dota gave me an error saying my connection may have gotten lost, yet the money in my account has decreased.
When i check the armory nothing is there an my compendium level is still the same.
What do i Do?
