But I guess it depends on what defines a human, is it a race? Who belongs to it? Are the oglodies considered humans? You can't define heroes in the dota world based on the real world

Well - they hint that Pugna is 'human' I think and he burns all opposing babies as a one year old. Then rises to burn down his own temple as the Grandmaster of Oblivion. Maybe not the most POWERFUL but definitely pretty high up on the terrifying rating.

Death Prophet maybe. Once again unsure 100% of the race there but she can't die no matter what she does. That is pretty powerful. I'd probably rate her most powerful.
