And i always get matched with teammates that flame before we begun because of picks - but i dont know what to pick / what is good so how can i do anything about it.
1) Dont ever play online right away as a beginner.
2) Research the heroes that are lenient for new players
3) Read guides on how to play those specific heroes
4) play bot matches first starting from very ez to get the mechanics like Last hitting down
5) once u are able to play that hero in hard bots u can start playing pubs.
6) I am also new but i have had several hours of watching my high tier friends play and they let me practice on their accounts once in a while hence the reason i can jump straight to online games. U clearly have no idea what you're doing therefore you must first read about the game then proceed from step 1.

Thanks alot muted ill listen to that and see if that can improve my gaeplay :)
NEVER PLAY PUDGE OR ANOTHER HARD HERO LIKE INVOKER OR SOMEONE
ELSE WHO IS HARD. ALSO THE ADVICE FROM ABOVE YOU SHOULD TAKE.
Play limited heroes people who play there are easier to play against after you play bot matches tho.
i have best stat on team in most of my game but still noob team i say. but i wanna get better so i won without needing a good team to win. i wanna win on my own
play on limited hero
play heroes that are similar to champs
and dont forget, spin 2 win my friend
remember, limited hero will not punish you with Low priority if u abandon. so its like a player vs player training
Its just a troll.. He averages over 1 death per min (even had a game where he had 30 deaths in a 19min game), and has his friend feed with him in games.. No one who's ever used even a calculator before in their life could be this bad, let alone an ex league player.
as much as it may hurt to say this... bots really dont help... you will get flamed in pubs but thats the only way you'll learn
keep playing normal games and learn the game while you're playing while occasionally watching some pro players etc.
if you don't know how to play a hero go to demo hero and learn his/her abilities before going into a match; also learn the item build
good luck, i was once where you were
Denzel - but should i just mute my teammates if they flame already from picking phase? or should i respond?
lol muslim lets be honest here. Your teammates may be noob u are just as bad. just stop playing pubs for a while and learn your heroes in Bot games and read guides like Purge's guide. its really helpful
The basics i used on everygame: you start to be decent when you slaughter the hardest bot of the game.
It's mb a bit less true in dota than in war3 or sc2 (and it's totally wrong in lol xD) but at least you can learn at your pace this way.
if you really care about improving and getting somewhere; play only when u want to play(never force yourself or play when bored/tired etc), practice(in your mind) and think about game more than you play, and when you play do it 2 improve x aspect(or test something) of your game rather than playing just to play, then the last thing; ignore your teammates - they whine blabla, and focus on your own game only. u ll lose a lot at the beginning but after month or so thinks will improve at way faster pace than they would just by going pure experience way
this dude is trolling. http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1871807850. im sure he drafted for his team.
oh were u watching my game XD
im terrible as support but I was actually looking good compared to that fucking spectre and ww

Hello guys.
I recently just started playing Dota and wanted to make the transition to Dota from lol, but as you may be able to see ive been off to a really bad start and now i just wanna know how i can improve and not feed. My teammates seems to be really bad too which is why i lose all the time but i just cant seem to get the hang of this moba so i wondered if theres any guides out there that can get me going and improve my gameplay or if anyone is willing to play with me to improve my gameplay and see what i do wrong? All input is welcome!
